As the winter snows begin to recede, giving way to rushing stream waters, March evenings are full of a special waning light in the Connecticut River Valley as the New Hampshire and Vermont hills nearby shed their snow covering in preparation for the coming of Spring.
The above painting was used for an executive print in 1959 by the Brown & Bigelow Publishing Company. They gave it the alternative name “Peace of Evening” .
The movie script about the life of MAXFIELD PARRISH which has been a goal in my life is finally finished. Professional screen writer Jalynn Venis and I cooperated to bring this story to life. The script is based on two of my books: “The Masterworks” and the “The Secret Letters”. We are now talking with producers. STAY TUNED!
